Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Amazon Marketing Manager to lead and manage our Amazon marketplace strategy. This role is responsible for increasing product visibility, improving sales performance, optimizing listings, managing advertising campaigns, and ensuring the overall growth and profitability of our Amazon channel.
The ideal candidate must be 100% bilingual in English and Spanish, have strong experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central, and understand how to manage product listings, paid advertising, analytics, inventory coordination, and marketplace compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, images, and A+ content.
- Develop and execute Amazon marketing strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and sales.
- Plan, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads.
- Monitor advertising performance, ACOS, ROAS, conversion rates, impressions, clicks, and overall campaign profitability.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve product ranking and visibility.
- Track product performance and prepare regular reports with insights, recommendations, and action plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product information, pricing, inventory, and promotions are accurate and up to date.
- Monitor customer reviews, feedback, and product ratings, and recommend improvements when needed.
- Identify opportunities for new product launches, promotions, bundles, and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure Amazon listings comply with marketplace guidelines, brand standards, and company policies.
- Work with graphic designers, photographers, copywriters, and other team members to improve product presentation.
- Communicate professionally in both English and Spanish with vendors, internal departments, agencies, and business partners.
- Stay updated on Amazon marketplace trends, advertising tools, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Must be 100% bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
- Experience with Amazon advertising, PPC campaign management, and listing optimization.
- Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, digital marketing, and e-commerce sales strategies.
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on performance metrics.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.
- Experience with Amazon Brand Registry, A+ Content, Storefronts, or Amazon DSP is a plus.
- Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, DataHawk, Pacvue, Perpetua, or similar platforms is a plus.

Preferred Experience

- Knowledge of product launches, promotional calendars, and seasonal marketing campaigns.
