Are you a motivated and driven individual with a passion for sales? Do you have a persuasive, outgoing personality and strong communication skills? We're looking for a Sales Agent to join our team and help convert qualified leads into loyal customers.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with qualified leads to promote Pest Control services.
- Conduct persuasive sales conversations to effectively close deals.
- Overcome objections and negotiate terms to satisfy customer needs.
- Maintain detailed records in our CRM system and collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of proven sales, customer service, or lead conversion experience.
- Excellent English proficiency (both spoken and written).
- Ability to handle high-volume calls and client interactions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive, persistent, and goal-oriented personality.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to use CRM systems and digital tools.
Great to Have:
- Experience in home services, pest control, or other B2C appointment-based industries.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or dialer tools.
- Experience managing both warm and cold leads.
