- Drive business growth by actively prospecting new clients and identifying commercial opportunities within the sea logistics market.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, positioning Kuehne+Nagel as a strategic partner.

Develop tailored logistics solutions by understanding customer supply chains and translating needs into competitive value propositions.

Manage pricing strategies, generate quotations, and lead commercial proposals, including digital solutions.

Lead customer engagement activities such as visits, negotiations, and contract agreements.

Coordinate onboarding and implementation processes with operations, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to execution.

Monitor first shipments and ensure service quality meets agreed KPIs.

Maintain and leverage CRM tools for pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and commission processes.

Follow up on customer feedback, claims, and service issues, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.

Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, legal, and other stakeholders to support the full customer lifecycle.
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–8 years of experience in sales within the freight forwarding/logistics industry (sea logistics preferred).

Strong commercial mindset with proven negotiation and customer management skills.

Knowledge of pricing, supply chain solutions, and logistics operations (air/sea/land is a plus).

Experience managing CRM systems and sales pipelines.Solid understanding of customer service (tactical/strategic) and business development.

Intermediate English level.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.

Proactive, results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills and service orientation.

Availability to travel and valid driver’s license.
