The Sales Representative – Cold Caller will serve as the initial point of contact for prospective clients, handling and nurturing both inbound and outbound leads. This role works closely with the management team to schedule appointments, organize and track lead information, and help deliver a smooth client experience from first interaction through conversion.
As part of an emerging AI business, you will play a key role in connecting with potential clients, generating opportunities, and helping introduce innovative solutions to businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Promptly respond to incoming inquiries via text and call.
- Set and confirm appointments for the sales team.
- Track all lead activity, maintain accurate records, and generate regular lead status reports.
- Input and update lead information into our CRM system with precision.
- Conduct professional follow-ups to maximize lead engagement.
- Perform outbound cold calling to generate new opportunities and expand our customer base.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Management Teams to optimize lead conversion strategies.
Qualifications
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients in a friendly, professional, and conversational manner.
- Fluency in English (bilingual candidates are highly preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of cold calling experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or business development experience.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data entry.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Compensation
- Compensation starts at $5 per hour
