Maintenance Technician (Técnico de Mantenimiento)
POSCO International E-Mobility Mexico is expanding our operations and we are looking for Maintenance Technicians to join our team.
This role will support the maintenance and proper operation of production equipment to ensure safe and efficient manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
- Support troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical systems
- Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities
- Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
Requirements
- Technical degree in Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, or related field
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and support production equipment
- Availability to work 4x3 shift schedule
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in automotive or manufacturing environment
- Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance programs
- Teamwork and problem-solving skills
