Overview
We are seeking a motivated, confident, and results-driven English-speaking Appointment Generator to join our growing team.
This role requires strong spoken English, clear pronunciation, and the ability to communicate naturally with U.S.-based prospects over the phone. All calls, conversations, training, and performance expectations for this position are based around English communication.

It is not remote, not hybrid, and not a virtual role.
The chosen candidate will be required to work on-site during all scheduled shifts at our physical office located at:

Salary
$3,000.00 - $7,000.00 MXN per week
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate interest.
- Speak clearly and professionally with U.S.-based prospects in English.
- Use warm calling techniques to follow up with leads and build relationships.
- Communicate the value of our services and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Negotiate appointment times that fit the client’s schedule.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and appointment schedules using company software.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of scheduled appointments.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the calling process.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to communicate effectively with prospects.
Experience & Qualifications
- Advanced spoken English is required.
- Must be comfortable speaking English on the phone for most of the workday.
- Proven experience in sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, customer service, or business development is preferred.
- Strong outbound calling skills with a focus on customer engagement.
- Clear communication, confidence, and professionalism over the phone.
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to follow scripts while still sounding natural and conversational.
- Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.
- Experience using software tools for tracking calls and managing appointments is a plus.
- A proactive attitude toward learning, improving, and reaching performance goals.
