Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Knowledge of metal stamping and fine blanking is ideal
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Proven leadership, interpersonal skills and personal development skills.
- Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form
- Good organizational skills, ability to work independently
- Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Education & Experience
- Requires Mechanical Engineering Degree
- Full Bilingual ( Spanish / English )
