ABOUT THE ROLE
Primum Law Group is a corporate law firm that serves small and midsize businesses, including tech startups and companies in transition, helping them to make right business decisions with minimum legal risks possible. We work on the matters that change people's lives, and the person who answers the phone when a prospective client first calls us plays a bigger role in that than most people realize.
We are looking for a Client Intake & Sales Specialist who understands that sales, done right, is a service. Someone who can build trust quickly, help people find clarity in stressful situations, and guide them from first contact to signed engagement with professionalism and genuine care. This is a sales and relationship role that requires a consultative approach, strong follow-through, and the ability to represent our brand consistently across every interaction.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Be the first voice prospective clients hear when they reach out to the firm, conducting warm, professional screening calls and scheduling consultations with our attorneys.
- Help prospective clients understand their situation, their options, and the firm's Primum Proven Process so they can make confident, informed decisions.
- Follow up with prospects who did not engage the firm initially, maintaining the relationship and keeping the door open.
- Manage the full onboarding process once a client engages, including sending welcome packages, preparing engagement letters, and facilitating a seamless handoff to the legal team.
- Keep the CRM (MyCase) current with accurate, timely records of every client and prospect interaction.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports on leads, conversions, and pipeline activity.
- Attend occasional networking events and trade shows as a professional representative of the firm.
- Share ground-level insights with management on lead quality, prospect feedback, and opportunities to improve the intake process.
YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF...
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a sales, client relations, or intake role, ideally in a law firm, professional services, or high-ticket sales environment.
- You are a natural with people on the phone, in writing, and in person, and you know how to be persistent without being pushy.
- You embrace accountability, metrics, and scorekeeping. You want to know how you're doing, and you use that information to get better.
- You are organized, responsive, and take pride in following through on your commitments every time.
- You are a lifelong learner who actively works to sharpen your skills, not just maintain them.
- You have used CRM software before and are comfortable learning new systems. MyCase experience is a plus.
- You understand the difference between advising and selling, and you are careful never to cross into legal advice territory.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Competitive base salary plus bonus structure, commensurate with experience
- $17,600 - $25,000 USD (MX$302,192.00 - MX$429,250.00) Annually
SCHEDULE & LOCATION
This is a fully remote position. You must be available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, and accessible for occasional needs outside of those hours. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and are expected to be responsive and reliable during business hours.
