We are hiring: Industrial Sales Manager (B2B)
Location: Monterrey, N.L.
What we’re looking for:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field (completed).
- +5 years of experience in similar roles managing B2B sales.
- Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems (SAP and Salesforce preferred).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Availability to travel within the city.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field sales management: Visit and develop clients, identify needs, and close business opportunities to increase sales and market penetration.
- Team leadership: Coordinate, train, and develop the sales team, providing ride-alongs and performance follow-up.
- Planning and strategy: Design work plans by client, segment, and business line to achieve sales, margin, and growth targets.
- Data analysis: Review sales data, inventory, and accounts receivable to make informed decisions and focus commercial efforts.
- Administrative management: Follow up on quotes, collections, inventory, loaned containers, and policy compliance.
- KPI tracking: Monitor indicators such as sales, profit, margin, days sales outstanding, and team productivity.
- Business development: Identify new opportunities in current and potential markets to expand the client portfolio.
