Pay: $1300 USD monthly
We are seeking a motivated and organized Recruiter to join our growing ABA team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring high-quality candidates for clinical and administrative positions, including Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and support staff. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where building relationships and filling positions quickly are key to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Review resumes and conduct phone and virtual interviews.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Track candidate pipelines and ensure recruiting metrics are met.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Prepare and extend employment offers.
- Assist with onboarding coordination and pre-employment requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring priorities and staffing needs.
- Represent the company professionally and promote a positive employer brand.
Qualifications
- Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience required (healthcare recruiting preferred).
- Experience recruiting for ABA, behavioral health, or healthcare positions is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Preferred Skills
- Experience recruiting RBTs, BCBAs, or other healthcare professionals.
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices and sourcing strategies.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
