Senior Zscaler Platform Administrator
Location: Querétaro, Mexico
Work Model: Hybrid
Compensation: Up to 80,000 to MXN $120,000 gross per month
Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Zscaler Platform Administrator with strong hands-on experience managing enterprise Zscaler environments. The position will focus on ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, platform monitoring, policy administration, alert management, and technical troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support Zscaler Internet Access and Zscaler Private Access.
- Monitor dashboards, alerts, logs, availability, and platform performance.
- Configure security policies, access controls, forwarding rules, and authentication.
- Troubleshoot user access, application connectivity, tunnels, certificates, and Client Connector issues.
- Support ZDX monitoring and digital experience investigations.
- Manage App Connectors, Connector Groups, and private application access.
- Review incidents and complete root cause analysis.
- Coordinate with network, security, identity, and application teams.
- Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and operational standards.
- Support platform upgrades and security improvements.
Required Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with ZIA and ZPA.
- Experience monitoring and administering enterprise Zscaler platforms.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, VPN, proxy, routing, and firewalls.
- Experience with SAML, Active Directory, Azure AD or Entra ID.
- Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
- Professional English communication.
- Availability for a hybrid role in Querétaro.
Preferred Experience
- ZDX administration.
- GRE and IPSec tunnels.
- SSL inspection and certificate management.
- SIEM and ITSM integrations.
- Zscaler certifications.
