We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated recent graduates who are passionate about technology and eager to start their careers as ServiceNow Support Engineers.
Our ServiceNow Academy Program is designed to provide comprehensive training, hands-on labs, mentorship, and real-world experience. No previous ServiceNow experience is required. We are looking for individuals with strong technical fundamentals, a willingness to learn, and a passion for solving technical challenges.
As part of the Academy, you will complete structured learning paths, participate in instructor-led sessions, and gain hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform. Upon successful completion of the program, you will join our support team, where you will help maintain, troubleshoot, configure, and enhance ServiceNow solutions while continuing to develop your technical skills. As you grow in the role, you will have opportunities to expand into ServiceNow development and implementation projects.

Participate in the ServiceNow Academy and complete the assigned training program.

Learn the fundamentals of the ServiceNow platform, including administration, configuration, scripting, and platform best practices.

Attend instructor-led sessions and complete hands-on labs and exercises.

Provide technical support for ServiceNow applications under the guidance of senior team members.

Assist in troubleshooting incidents, resolving defects, and performing root cause analysis.

- Collaborate with developers, architects, business analysts, and project teams.

Document solutions, knowledge articles, and technical procedures.

Continuously learn and expand your technical knowledge.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (recent graduate).

Knowledge of at least one programming language such as JavaScript (preferred), Java, C#, Python, or a similar language.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Strong willingness to learn new technologies and build a career in the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Intermediate English (written and verbal).

Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Basic knowledge of REST APIs or web services.
