Inside Sales Representative (Logistics & Lead Gen Tech)

You don't need logistics experience. We'll teach you the industry: what a bill of lading is, how freight moves, why a 53-foot dry van matters. What we're looking for is someone who can pick up the phone, work past a gatekeeper, and earn a meeting with a stranger. The product knowledge we can develop. The drive to sell is something you bring with you.
The Opportunity
We're an over-the-road freight brokerage scaling our US operations, and we're hiring Inside Sales Representatives to drive our growth. You'll be at the front of the pipeline — opening accounts and generating freight opportunities.
This starts as a hunter role focused on new business development. As you build your book, it transitions into managing your own portfolio of accounts. It's a competitive environment, and it rewards people who thrive on activity and results.
What You'll Do
- Drive outbound activity. Heavy cold calling and digital prospecting into the US market. Volume is part of the job — this role suits people who are comfortable with a high dial count.
- Target high-value verticals. Our focus areas are Construction, Technology, Pharmaceuticals, and Hazmat freight, though any high-margin commercial lane is in scope.
- Use an AI-powered prospecting stack. We'll train you on the tools our team uses to build, clean, and enrich prospect lists efficiently. Less time on bad data, more time on real conversations.
- Qualify and advance opportunities. Handle objections, identify decision-makers (Supply Chain Directors, VPs of Logistics, C-suite), and book discovery meetings for our Director of Sales.
Who We're Looking For
- Proven sales experience. Telemarketing, B2B inside sales, call center, door-to-door, car sales, financial services, SaaS BDR — the specific industry matters less than a track record of hitting a number when one is on you.
- Resilience. High-volume outbound work means hearing "no" often. We're looking for people who treat rejection as part of the process rather than a setback.
- A competitive mindset. You pay attention to performance, you want to be at the top of the board, and you learn from people who are doing it well.
- Strong English communication. You can hold a professional conversation with a US-based executive — clear, natural, and confident.
- Comfort with technology. CRM workflows make sense to you, and you're interested in how AI tools can take the friction out of prospecting so you can spend more time selling.
- Logistics background is a plus, not a requirement. We teach the industry. The work ethic and selling instincts need to be yours.
