The Opportunity
Reporting to the Distribution Manager, the Logistics Clerk will play a key role in supporting the efficient and compliant flow of frozen products across the supply chain by ensuring strong coordination between internal teams and external partners. You'll contribute to inventory reliability, on-time distribution, and cold-chain integrity while helping improve visibility, accuracy, and overall logistics performance.

What You'll Do

Coordinate and schedule the transfer of frozen fruit products between packing facilities, warehouses, and distribution centers.

Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock is available for transfer and distribution.

Communicate with logistics providers to arrange transportation and ensure timely delivery.

Maintain accurate records of all transfers, including quantities, destinations, and transportation details.

Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and cold-chain requirements.

Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to maintain product integrity during transfers.

Address and resolve issues or discrepancies related to transfers promptly.

Prepare and submit regular reports on transfer activities and performance metrics.

Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance transfer efficiency.
What You Bring

Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or inventory management.

Must be fluent in both written and verbal English.

Experience in the food and beverage manufacturing industry is an asset

Familiarity with inventory or warehouse management systems (WMS), Microsoft Office tools, and Project Management software (Monday.com) is preferred.

Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of food safety, cold-chain handling, or regulatory compliance is an asset.

Problem-solving mindset and willingness to support process improvements.
Full-time, permanent position, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Standard working hours aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST), starting at 9:00 AM
Fully remote initially, with a planned transition to a hybrid model once the corporate office in Guadalajara is finalized
Work is primarily performed in an office setting (remote and on-site, as applicable)
Minimal to moderate travel within Mexico may be required
