Bilingual Intake Specialist – Legal (English/Spanish)
Job Description:
We are seeking a Bilingual Intake Specialist to join our team. This role involves conducting phone interviews with potential clients, primarily Spanish-speaking, and supporting the intake process for employment litigation cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls using provided lists and manage referrals
- Handle inbound calls from Spanish-speaking clients and route them appropriately
- Perform client intake interviews and document case details
- Draft and send legal declarations based on client interviews prior to mediation
- Send authorizations for records and retainer agreements to prospective clients
- Maintain and update internal trackers and firm logs
- Translate legal documents from English to Spanish
Department Overview:
The intake team is responsible for evaluating potential cases before litigation begins. This includes discussing workplace issues with clients, reviewing claims, analyzing documentation, and determining case viability.
Requirements:
- Fully bilingual: English (C2) and Spanish (C2)
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Gmail
- Customer service mindset with the ability to manage high call volume
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Comfortable following scripts and SOPs
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with case management systems is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
- Monthly Gross Salary: $19,601.01 MXN
- Monthly Net Salary: $16,766.25 MXN
- Weekly Pay
- Weekly Gross: $4,513.39 MXN
- Weekly Net: $3,860.65 MXN
- Weekly Net with Bonus: $4,236.88 MXN
- Weekly perfect attendance bonus: $738.46 MXN

Schedule:
- Operating Hours: Monday to Sunday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- 30-minute break (as assigned by manager)
Work Schedule Options:
- Monday to Friday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Six days per week: 1:00 PM – 8:30 PM (choose Saturday or Sunday as working day)
- Six days per week: 12:00 PM – 7:30 PM (choose Saturday or Sunday as working day)
Work hours shift during daylight saving time (-1 hour).
