About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers interested in booking parties, group events, and experiences

Sell event packages, group outings, and corporate events

Promote and close recurring membership plans

Convert inbound and outbound leads into confirmed bookings

Build relationships with families, schools, and community organizations

Present packages, address objections, and recommending the best event options

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings in CRM systems

Support local marketing efforts through outreach and partnerships
Qualifications
- Bilingual required: English & Spanish

Previous sales, call center, or appointment-setting experience preferred

Strong closing skills and confidence in overcoming objections

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
