Job brief
The Account Executive position is a dynamic and client-focused role dedicated to supporting Senior Account Managers. This position ensures efficient account maintenance, effective communication with clients, and smooth internal operations.
Central to this role is the utilization of task scheduling tools. These tools will be instrumental in organizing, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring that client-requested tasks are executed as expected.
In addition, you will provide account managers with data on the performance of our general lead generation services as well as assistance with basic reporting and analytics.
You will be expected to have a general understanding of digital marketing and will be exposed to advanced techniques of media planning and performance marketing, becoming familiar with campaign creation and media buying in Native, Search, Social, and GDN. You will also gain analytical skills combined with campaign execution, optimization, and reporting.
Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to the growth of the business by creating and maintaining long-term relationships with partners and communicating problems and solutions effectively with the team.
As a trusted employee of IntelHouse, you can set your own work schedule however you want, as long as you can handle tasks well and communicate with the team often every day. It is not important where you are located, but it is essential to know that you will have to be available during US working hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster positive client relationships and ensure their needs are addressed promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deliverables are provided to clients as per the agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Handle day-to-day communication with clients, including resolving any queries or issues.
- Assist in preparing account-related documents such as proposals, contracts, and performance reports.
- Update and maintain client/account data in the company's CRM system or other databases.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and events on behalf of Senior Account Managers.
- Confirm and verify vendor, buyer, and billable numbers to ensure accuracy for internal reporting and billing purposes.
- Work closely with other departments, including finance, tech, and media, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Proactively share feedback from clients to relevant teams, helping to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure all account-related documentation is organized, current, and compliant.
- Handle billing queries and coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely invoicing.

Requirements
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills (preferably Native);
- 3+ years in a similar role, preferably for a digital agency or advertising network;
- Critical thinker and creative problem solver – you are able to influence/develop/negotiate account strategies that incorporate digital marketing best practices;
- Excellent and intuitive people skills;
- Positive and proactive attitude;
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach;
- Have knowledge of Digital Strategy and an appropriate level of technical competence and ability;
- Established presentation and writing skills;
- Strong analytical skills, fluency in MS Excel;
- A bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or another relevant field is a plus but not essential.
