Your Role & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to homeowners using company-provided leads
- Engage prospects, build rapport, and generate interest in solar energy solutions
- Qualify homeowners based on company criteria
- Schedule appointments for our Solar Consultants and Closers
- Accurately document conversations and appointment details in our CRM
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
- Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive attitude throughout the sales process

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of appointment setting, cold calling, telemarketing, or sales experience
- Bilingual: English & Spanish (required)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized
- Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent under pressure
- Experience with solar, home services, insurance, or similar industries is a plus
