Infrastructure Monitoring Analyst

We are looking for an expert managed operation in our team. This position will be responsible for continuously monitoring our clients' technology infrastructure, identifying and managing events, and ensuring a timely response to potential incidents while maintaining effective communication with both internal teams and clients.
What you will do

Continuously monitor clients' IT infrastructure, identifying alerts, events, and potential incidents.

Analyze, manage, and follow up on monitoring events, determining the appropriate actions and escalating cases when necessary.

Log, classify, and manage incidents and events through ITSM tools such as Jira, ServiceDesk, or other platforms.

Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and technical teams, documenting activities performed during event management.

Progressively develop knowledge in IT infrastructure, Linux, networking, and observability tools, participating in growth opportunities across other technology towers.
What we need to see from you:
Technical or technological degree in Systems, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields, with basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, Linux operating systems, and networking.
Experience or knowledge of monitoring and observability tools, preferably Datadog or similar platforms.
Knowledge of ITSM tools such as Jira, ServiceDesk, or other service management and incident tracking solutions.
Strong communication skills, customer-oriented mindset, ability to work under pressure, and availability to work in a 24/7 rotating shift schedule.
