What You’ll Do
This is a true Acquisition Manager role — not admin work.
You’ll:
- Speak with motivated U.S. homeowners who contact us directly
- Build rapport, uncover motivation, and analyze property details
- Present offers and negotiate terms over the phone
- Move deals forward through our pipeline toward contract
- Take ownership of conversations and outcomes
We provide the leads, systems, scripts, and support. You bring the sales skill.

Requirements
- Sales experience required
- Real estate phone experience preferred (acquisitions or wholesaling a plus)
- Cold-calling background helpful but not required
- Fluent English with clear pronunciation and strong grammar
- Confident, persuasive communicator
- Reliable internet and a quiet, professional home workspace
- Coachable, driven, and ownership-minded
