The Sr. Specialist, Business Management (Key Accounts) oversees building and maintaining relationships with key accounts (specifically Ziemann Holvrieka GmbH, Ziemann Holvrieka Mexico, Krones AG, Krones Mexico, Sidel Mexico, Sidel Canada y Sidel Blowing & Services) worldwide. The Sr. Specialist, Business Management (Key Accounts) will be responsible for developing the management and administration of all business processes related to the execution of Capital Projects. For example, the Sr. Specialist, Business Management (Key Accounts) will partner with procurement and Legal looking for improvements in the process with the vendors, and with the technical project managers, to direct the Business Administration Team to create, purchase requisitions, asset tables, execute purchase orders, receive goods, and process invoices; coordinating with the different areas such as project controls, fixed asset, finances, importation, cost and budget, construction management, to achieve the objectives and avoid risk of the Capital Projects. In addition, the Sr. Specialist, Business Management ( Key Accounts) will ensure timely monthly and bi- monthly revisions of all project-related financials, including cash flows, capitalization milestones, completion projections, project closeouts and importation. This position will report directly to the Business Manager of Business Management. The Sr. Specialist, Business Management (Key Accounts) must have a strong sense of urgency, ownership, and business acumen to navigate across functional teams and achieve outstanding results.
Responsabilidades
1 Responsible for the program management and prioritization of all Key Accounts projects and initiatives, from the project kickoff to the implementation and close-out. This position will suggest, negotiate and determine milestone payment terms based on the project schedule and if bonds are required with the Key Accounts. If bonds are required, secure copies and maintain the document control for a minimum of 7 years. Ownership of this position and the ability to proceed to the next step without direction is crucial for success.
2 Responsible for defining, owning, and managing the best repeatable practices with Key Accounts. Monitor other team members to ensure the proper processes are followed.
3 Drive continuous improvement by uncovering systemic inefficiencies and implementing initiatives that boost productivity, reduce costs, and strengthen overall business performance.
4 Ensure proper contract execution and compliance with commercial agreements for key accounts.
5 Propose and monitor KPIs related to financial efficiency.
6 Generate executive reports on performance and opportunities for improvement.
7 Drive continuous improvement strategies and process standardization.
8 Implement control tools and dashboards for monitoring results.
9 Must have the ability to utilize CMiC, SAP, and other company programs to ensure complete and accurate data.
10 Participate in suggesting and defining contract preferred milestones, payment schedules, payment terms, process management, etc., with the Vendor, Project Management, Procurement, and Contract Management.
11 Work with Procurement, Legal, and the Business Administration Team to monitor and control contracts, change orders, RTA (Recommendation to Award), purchase requisitions, asset tables, payment and purchase orders in CMiC and follow through with the entire process.
12 Financial management and control of key accounts, analyzing cost-benefit, budget monitoring, identification of savings opportunities and projection of financial variations, to anticipate additional budget needs and ensure efficient use of resources.
13 Review forecasting and cash flow according to the project and contract conditions. Responsible for updating and ensuring the cash flow is accurate every two weeks.
14 Ensure contractual compliance with the project by controlling change order schedules and billing, guaranteeing transparent, clear and timely communication with suppliers.
15 Assist the Importation Team and track foreign importation shipments' coordination and import process.
16 Manage importation and monthly and bi-monthly financial reporting. The reporting is to ensure the project schedule and data are maintained.
17 Identify purchase orders and projects that be closed out and work with the Business Administration Team to ensure that any remaining amounts are zero and the assets reflect the dollar or scope change.
18 Identify opportunities to add content, value, and capabilities to our program. 19 Create and provide monthly updates of the project milestones, cash flow, purchase order status, and invoice status to Key Account Vendors. The benefits include the key accounts having better support from CBI and meeting our cash flow per the contracts and change orders. If not completed accurately, many additional hours are incurred by CBI and the vendor to ensure accurate data. The key account vendors are essential to our business and are not replaceable.
20 Assist with managing and guiding a business management team by providing leadership and building a culture of collaboration, consistency, and successful results.
21 Develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with the vendors, assisting providing guidance and support during the project process.
