Position Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Onboarding Coordinator to support the caregiver hiring process. This entry-level role is critical to ensuring a smooth and compliant onboarding experience for all caregivers. The coordinator will be responsible for managing candidates through the hiring pipeline, verifying documentation, and ensuring training completion.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Management
- Guide screened caregivers through the hiring process, ensuring timely and accurate progression.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates regarding next steps, documentation, and training.
System Coordination
- Transfer passing screening scores from Bullhorn into Workday for W2 states.
- Initiate onboarding workflows in Workday and track progress.
- Verify I-9 documentation for W2 caregivers in accordance with federal guidelines.
Training Oversight
- Assign required training modules to caregivers and follow up to ensure completion.
- Monitor training status and escalate delays or issues as needed.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and caregiver status.
- Generate reports to track onboarding metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support (internships or volunteer experience welcome).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Experience with HRIS or CRM systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn) preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and basic reporting tools.
- Fluent English is a requirement.
Sueldo: $16,000.00 - $18,000.00 la hora
