As a Commercial Planning Master Data Analyst, you will play a critical role for USA support in bringing new products, innovations, and commercial initiatives to market.
In this highly collaborative position, you will partner with teams across Marketing, Research & Development, Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Management to ensure that business initiatives are accurately translated into the systems and processes that power the organization. Your work will directly influence product launches, customer initiatives, pricing strategies, demand planning, and operational execution.
This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in product master data management, business processes, and cross-functional project coordination while supporting a diverse portfolio of brands, customers, and sales channels. The accuracy and quality of your work will have a direct impact on business performance, as the information you manage supports hundreds of interconnected systems across the organization.
Translate business initiatives into actionable system requirements, ensuring all necessary information is captured, validated, and implemented accurately. Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, identify potential risks, and support successful execution from concept to launch.
Serve as a key decision-maker for product master data, ensuring the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of critical product information. This includes product identifiers, pricing structures, packaging configurations, product attributes, and other foundational data required to support commercial activities and operational processes.
Coordinate the collection and management of packaging-related information, ensuring all product attributes, regulatory requirements, and business specifications are accurately documented and communicated to relevant partners throughout the product development lifecycle.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting critical business timelines. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance data quality, and improve overall process effectiveness through continuous improvement initiatives.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support product launches, commercial programs, customer initiatives, and business growth opportunities. Act as a trusted partner by providing data expertise, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

0–2 years of professional experience in Master Data Management, Business Analytics, or a related analytical environment.

Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal is a must.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex information and make data-driven decisions.

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and data validation.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
