The Project Management Specialist is an essential member of the Digital organization responsible for supporting the execution and delivery of creative and digital projects across the business. This individual will work closely with Creative Services, Digital Merchandising, Development, Category Management, and Marketing teams to ensure projects are properly planned, assigned, tracked, and delivered according to established timelines.
This role will be responsible for managing project workflows within Workfront, coordinating resources across multiple teams, monitoring project progress, maintaining dashboards and reporting, and supporting workload planning and prioritization efforts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-oriented, and passionate about improving operational efficiency through project management best practices and workflow automation.
JOB DUTIES:
- Manage workload balancing and capacity planning for copywriters, graphic designers, developers, and other creative resources.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and Creative Services teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, calendars, and workflow tools within Workfront.
- Identify opportunities to streamline project management processes through automation and workflow improvements.
- Ensure projects remain on schedule and escalate risks, blockers, or resource constraints as needed.
- Support ongoing process documentation, training, and adoption of project management best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflow visibility and project execution.

YOU MUST HAVE:
- 2+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, marketing operations, or related fields.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to independently handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), and the ability to build trust-based relationships with internal stakeholders and business partners.
