Corporate Real Estate (CRE) at DHL Group manages more than 12,000 properties worldwide across all DHL business units, covering over 30 million m² globally. With a network of more than 1,700 real estate professionals worldwide, CRE plays a key role in supporting DHL’s continuous growth and operational excellence.
As part of DHL Corporate Real Estate, this role offers the opportunity to lead industrial construction projects within one of the world’s largest logistics companies, working in a dynamic, international, and highly collaborative environment.
Lead and deliver small to medium-sized industrial construction projects across Mexico, ensuring execution within scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards. This role will oversee projects within logistics and industrial facilities, including refurbishments, expansions, workplace adaptations, and infrastructure improvements.
The position requires strong technical expertise, autonomy, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in different locations nationwide.

Manage and deliver multiple construction projects simultaneously across Mexico.

Oversee industrial construction projects including warehouse adaptations, refurbishments, expansions, and infrastructure improvements.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.

Monitor project execution, schedules, contractor performance, risks, and issue resolution throughout all project phases.

Lead project tendering activities, technical evaluations, and contractor selection processes.

Manage project financial control, budgeting, and cost tracking during execution.

Develop and review technical specifications, drawings, and construction requirements.

Identify value engineering opportunities to optimize costs, timelines, and project quality.

Ensure compliance with local regulations, construction standards, and sustainability requirements.

Coordinate with business units, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders throughout project execution.

Support construction planning to ensure operational continuity during project implementation.

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

3–5+ years of experience in industrial construction projects.

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong knowledge of industrial construction processes, particularly civil works and/or electrical installations.

Experience working within industrial facilities, logistics, manufacturing, or infrastructure environments.

High availability to travel across Mexico (+80% travel requirement).
