Our firm is looking for a Referral Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in managing and coordinating cases that are referred to outside attorneys, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and possesses strong customer service and phone communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee cases that are referred out to external law firms, ensuring all necessary documentation and information are properly transferred.
- Maintain regular communication with outside attorneys’ offices to track case progress and ensure follow-ups are completed.
- Review, prepare, and send referral agreements, case summaries, and other necessary legal documents.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all referrals, communications, and case progress in the firm’s case management system.
- Handle any concerns or questions from clients regarding their referred cases in a professional and empathetic manner.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years in a customer service, legal support, or administrative role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle high-volume phone interactions professionally.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks, follow up on multiple cases, and maintain accurate records.
- A client-focused, proactive, and professional approach to handling communications.

Pay: $184.78 - $228.80 per hour
