England Logistics is a 3PL with more than 500 clients and 100 years of experience in the global market. Due to our exponential growth in our Shared Services Center, we are looking for a next talented Customer Service Weekends Rep. for our logistics team.
Important:
- Must live in Querétaro.
- Advanced English
- Schedule: Thursday and Friday 04:00 om - 12:30 am and Saturday - Sunday 06:00 pm a 6:00 am
Abilities:
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Team player.
- Providing resolutions to problems in a time-effective manner
- Attention to detail
- Ability to adapt
- Problem-solving
Activities:
- FTL- track, book, advise on current and prospective loads.
- Communicate with shippers, carriers and dispatchers to keep customers up to date.
- Track progress on the internal systems.
- Send emails to brokers upon request, advise carriers that call in with questions on loads.
- Advise on loads from the load boards.
Important:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat)
- Ability to manage multiple operating systems
- Ability with software systems.
