- Location: Remote in Latin America (Candidates MUST reside in Latin America)
- Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time)
Job Description
We are hiring a full-time, permanent Architectural Drafter to join a growing team. This is a 100% remote position offering great long-term growth opportunities for architectural professionals located in Latin America.
Responsibilities
- Create, update, and revise architectural drawings using Revit.
- Prepare comprehensive construction documents and accurately interpret architectural plans and specifications.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with architects and project teams.
- Update drawings based on project changes and feedback in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate, well-organized project documentation and hit project deadlines consistently.
Requirements
- Location: Must be currently residing in Latin America (Required).
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience as an Architectural Drafter or in a similar role (Required).
- Software: Hands-on proficiency with Revit for drafting (Required).
- Portfolio: Must submit an online portfolio link or PDF portfolio demonstrating Revit drafting work (Required).
- Language: Resume must be in English. Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Required).
- Technical Ability: Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and construction documents with high detail and drafting accuracy.
- Work Style: Solid organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills.
