Bilingual Demand Planner
An international manufacturing company is seeking a Bilingual Demand Planner to join its operations in Mexico.
Position Objective
Responsible for coordinating customer demand through purchase order management, order tracking, and material availability to ensure on-time deliveries. This role works closely with Supply Chain, Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, Production, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams to ensure efficient order processing and a high level of service for B2B customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field; professional degree/title required.
- Experience managing purchase orders and tracking customer orders.
- Experience with SAP or any ERP system (Oracle, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Advanced English proficiency required.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor customer purchase orders from receipt through final delivery.
- Track open orders, backorders, and delivery schedules, providing timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Validate order information, inventory availability, delivery dates, and shipping priorities.
- Update information in SAP or ERP systems and generate reports to support operational decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve order management processes and customer service performance.
