SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Are you passionate about logistics, inventory management, and team leadership?
We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor with experience in logistics operations, inventory control, and personnel coordination. We value HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) knowledge and a strong focus on safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that internal and external HSEQ requirements are followed.
Manage warehouse personnel by ensuring that the tasks in their areas are executed as planned in an efficient way and with the right quality.
Lead the team in line with Leadership Expectations and tools to develop, coach, and guide its members to ensure a workforce that is competent, engaged, and enabled to meet Jotun’s current and future needs
Organizing handling of all incoming orders and activities related to this
Planning and organizing daily distribution and activities related to this
Manage all operations within the warehouse, e.g., receiving RMs and packaging, and controlling Certificate of Analysis, safe storage, counting, and distribution
Handle non-conforming goods
Monitor transport delivery performance

What we look for

Industrial Engineer, Logistics, Transport, or related career

Using ERP
-
MS Office management
-
3-5 years of experience in a similar position
-
Intermediate/Advanced English preferred

Experience in warehouse management procedures and best practices
-
Strong knowledge of warehouse key performance indicators (KPIs).

Cyclical and annual inventory management
-
Control of inputs, outputs, and storage of materials
-
Coordination of shipments, reception and distribution
-
Experience with logistics KPIs
-
Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental standards, desirable (investigation and reporting of incidents, risk analysis and hazard assessment, safe handling of materials, participation in safety audits, work permits, emergency procedures, etc.)

Experience promoting a culture of safety in the warehouse.

Use of a forklift is desirable
