An automotive industry company currently undergoing expansion is seeking its new TA Manager . Position Objective
Lead and execute the talent acquisition strategy for both operational and corporate positions, ensuring timely and effective hiring coverage. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
+5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
Proven experience in both operational and corporate recruitment.
Previous experience in the automotive or metal-mechanical industry is highly desirable.
Experience with shop floor recruitment, job fairs, and field recruitment activities.
Results-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, and sense of urgency.
Advanced English is required. Key Responsibilities
Lead operational recruitment processes (production staff, technicians, supervisors).
Manage corporate and administrative recruitment (engineering roles, staff positions, middle management).
Coordinate mass recruitment and specialized hiring processes.
Manage and optimize recruitment sources (field recruitment, job boards, social media, employee referrals).
Monitor recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, turnover, sourcing effectiveness).
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Work closely with plant leadership and corporate departments.
Support onboarding and employer branding initiatives.
Lead and develop the recruitment team (if applicable).
