We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements analysis, process modeling, and cross-functional coordination between business and technology teams. You will translate needs into clear solutions, manage priorities and quality, and help deliver outcomes in a hybrid CDMX setup.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements analysis to capture, validate, and prioritize business needs

Translate business needs into clear solution definitions for technology teams

Coordinate stakeholders across business and technology to align goals and expectations

Model business processes to clarify current state, gaps, and target improvements

Define acceptance criteria and quality standards to ensure consistent delivery

Manage priorities and scope to maintain focus on the highest-value outcomes

Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to support timely decisions
Requirements

3+ years of experience in business analysis

Strong consultancy skills for advising clients and guiding decision-making

Proven experience coordinating business and technology stakeholders

Solid project prioritization skills to balance scope, value, and timelines

Strong process modeling skills to document and optimize workflows
-
High quality management skills to define and uphold deliverable standards

Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2) for professional communication
