Mone Transport is a rapidly growing transportation and logistics company specializing in cross-border truckload services between Mexico and the United States. With a fleet of over 120 trucks and a commitment to operational excellence, we provide reliable door-to-door transportation solutions for the automotive and manufacturing industries.
As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator to help build, support, and develop our growing team.
Position Summary
The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for supporting all core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. This role requires excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to work in a fast-paced transportation environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate full-cycle recruitment for administrative and operational positions.
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Assist with performance evaluations and employee development initiatives.
- Support employee engagement and retention programs.
- Coordinate training and professional development activities.
- Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws and internal company policies.
- Partner with department managers to identify staffing needs.
- Assist with compensation, benefits administration, and HR reporting.
- Promote a positive, professional, and collaborative workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of Human Resources experience.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR best practices.
- Experience in transportation, logistics, or manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
