YOUR ROLE
As an Employer Brand Partner – Emerging Markets , you will help shape how talent sees Aptiv in key growth markets, with a strong focus on the talent market in India. In this role, you will turn our employer brand into impactful campaigns, engaging content, and meaningful candidate experiences that build awareness, strengthen engagement, and support hiring outcomes. Your work will connect business priorities, talent needs, and local market insights to position Aptiv as an employer of choice across talent segments.
Role Purpose
Build and activate Aptiv’s employer brand across emerging markets through recruitment marketing, locally relevant storytelling, and candidate-facing content. This role combines brand activation, digital execution, and cross-functional partnership to strengthen candidate engagement and drive hiring success.
- Lead recruitment marketing campaigns for priority talent segments in India and other emerging markets, from planning through launch and optimization
- Adapt and activate Aptiv’s employer brand across digital, social, and candidate-facing channels for local audiences
- Create and manage content that brings Aptiv’s EVP, culture, career opportunities, and employee stories to life
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and regional stakeholders to support hiring campaigns, events, university engagement, and talent community activation
- Track campaign performance, audience insights, and channel effectiveness to inform recommendations and improve results over time
- Strengthen employer brand consistency across job content, social media, events, and other candidate touchpoints
YOUR BACKGROUND
- 6+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, communications, digital marketing, or a related field
- Strong storytelling and content skills, with experience creating campaigns across digital and social channels
- Ability to translate brand strategy and market insights into messaging and candidate experiences that resonate locally
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced global environment
- Experience using data and insights to optimize campaigns, strengthen employer brand impact, and improve outcomes
