Position Details
- Title: Bilingual Call Center Representative (Telemarketing & Cold Calling)
- Location: Office-based – Tijuana, Baja California
- Schedule: Flexible shifts between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Pacific Time)
- Hours: Full-time (40–45 hours per week)
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Telemarketing or cold calling experience (preferred)
- Call center or customer service experience (preferred)
- Home improvement industry experience (a plus)
- Strong communication, typing, and reading comprehension skills
Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to potential customers
- Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication
- Schedule appointments for the sales team
- Answer customer questions clearly and professionally
