Position Summary
Manage Supplier´s Quality performance, components validation and Supplier´s claims following corrective actions 8D reports to protect ZF production Line and Final Customer.
Responsibilities
- Manage Suppliers components PPAPs cover sheets.
- Supplier´s claim management by using 8D methodology.
- Quality performance evaluation of suppliers.
- Manage SAP for quality inspections views for components reception.
- Coordinate supplier´s meeting to analyze components issues reported.
- Interface with logistic team to block rejected material in SAP.
- Coordinate sorting activities related to components issues from suppliers.
- Apply Charge backs to suppliers who are responsible of quality issues.
- Components Warranty analysis required to suppliers.
- Quality Management System forms and directives update.
Qualifications
- Engineering career
- English level 80% mínimum
- Core tools knowledge
- Problem Solving Methodologies (8Ds, FTA, Ishikawa)
- IATF knowledge
- Experience in supplier´s management
