The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing customer support and follow-up, ensuring an exceptional experience throughout the debt reduction process.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide high-quality service and personalized follow-up to assigned clients
- Case Management: Manage and monitor client cases throughout the debt reduction process
- Documentation: Keep client records and documentation updated in the system
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve client questions regarding their debt reduction process
- Follow-Up: Maintain constant communication with clients to provide updates on the progress of their cases
Requirements:
- English: Native level. Pronunciation is very important. Must be fluent in speaking, writing, and reading
- Education: High school diploma required (minimum)
- Experience: At least 6 months of experience in customer service or a call center environment
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

We Offer:
- Net monthly base salary of $15,000 MXN
