HR Location Specialist
The HR Location Specialist is responsible for implementing and executing Human Resources policies, processes, and initiatives at the local site, ensuring alignment with global and regional HR standards. This role partners with managers and employees to support recruitment, employee relations, talent management, training, performance management, compensation processes, and HR operations. The position promotes employee engagement, legal compliance, continuous improvement, and a positive workplace culture while acting as a trusted HR partner for the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of local HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with global and regional standards.
- Partner with managers on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and talent management activities.
- Coordinate performance management, training, and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation, company policies, and HR processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and support HR reporting and data integrity.
- Coordinate employee services and engagement initiatives, including communication and employer branding activities.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters.
- Support compensation and benefits processes, annual salary reviews, and HR administration.
- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and support HR systems implementation.
- Promote a positive work environment while supporting organizational effectiveness and company values.
Required Knowledge

- Employee Relations and Labor Law compliance.
- Talent Management, Performance Management, and Learning & Development.
- Compensation and Benefits administration.
- HRIS/HR systems and Microsoft Office.
- HR metrics and reporting (KPIs).
- Project management and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 standards (preferred).
- Advanced English (written and verbal).
