At RGT Global Connect, we are looking for a Bilingual Recruiter with experience in high-volume and operational recruiting to join our growing team. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in high-volume recruitment or operational hiring.
- Previous experience recruiting for call centers or BPO companies is preferred.
- English proficiency at a basic to intermediate level (B1).
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Knowledge of competency-based interviewing and the STAR methodology is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Post job openings on employment platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate job advertising efforts across social media channels.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job offer to employee onboarding.
- Maintain and update a talent pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
- Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Prepare weekly reports on open positions, candidate pipelines, and time-to-fill metrics.
- Provide timely follow-up and communication throughout the hiring process.
- Support additional talent acquisition and recruitment initiatives as needed.
