We seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support social media management, CRM organization, networking workflows, and administrative operations.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping build systems, improving workflows, supporting lead generation efforts, and bringing structure to a fast-moving business environment.You’ll work closely with leadership to help automate processes, manage communications, organize marketing activities, and support ongoing growth initiatives.
Primary ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Marketing Support
- Assist with social media management and content scheduling
- Create and edit graphics/content using Canva
- Help maintain consistent posting and engagement workflows
- Support networking event promotion and follow-up activities
CRM & Lead Management
- Manage and organize contacts inside HubSpot (preferred experience)
- Assist with lead tracking, follow-up workflows, and CRM cleanup
- Help build and improve automations and systems
- Support lead generation and outreach initiatives
Administrative Support
- Email management and follow-up
- Calendar and workflow coordination
- Organizing internal documents and processes
- Supporting operational efficiency across projects
Platform Support
- Assist with maintaining and organizing Thinkific content and backend workflows
Ideal Candidate
- Strong English communication skills
- Spanish-speaking preferred
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong social media and administrative support experience
- Experience with CRM systems, especially HubSpot, is highly preferred
- Familiarity with Canva and content organization tools
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and problem-solving ability
