As a Jr Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will lead and coordinate a team to achieve operational excellence and deliver high-quality results. You will play a pivotal role in driving team performance, fostering collaboration, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
You will report directly to our management team and you’ll work out of our Juarez location on an on-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the success of your team and contribute to the overall productivity and efficiency of Honeywell operations in Juarez.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams and driving operational results.
- Strong knowledge of process improvement and team management techniques.
- Experience with relevant tools and technologies applicable to the specific operational area.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience in industrial automation or manufacturing environments is a plus.
