We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative who loves the thrill of finding new business opportunities and starting meaningful conversations. The Sales Development Representative will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and qualifying potential customers who can benefit from our cloudbased document management solutions. This position serves as the first point of contact with prospective clients and works closely with Account Executives to build a strong sales pipeline.
Requirements
- Experience in SaaS sales, business development, or lead generation
"Hunter" Sales Personality- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling rejection professionally
"Doortodoor" active selling mentality- not relying on inbound traffic
- Strong storytelling skills
- Consulting energy and approach by establishing trust early and disqualifying if it's not a fit
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Organized and consistent with follow- up
- Understands common business process challenges such as approvals, document organization, workflow bottlenecks, and secure file storage
Self- motivated and accountable
- Must have reliable internet and hardware
Your Mission Will Be To
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, social selling, and networking activities.
- Research and identify target accounts across various industries, including legal, healthcare, finance, government, and professional services.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding customer needs, document management challenges, compliance requirements, and business objectives.
- Schedule product demonstrations and discovery meetings for Account Executives.
- Educate prospects on the value and benefits of document management solutions, including workflow automation, secure document storage, collaboration tools, electronic signatures, and compliance features.
Maintain accurate and upto- date records of prospect interactions within the CRM system.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute lead generation campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the qualification process.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly activity and pipeline generation targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and document management technologies.
Nice to have
Experience selling SaaS, document management, workflow automation, ERP/accounting
- related software, or other B2B software solutions
- CRM experience
Experience working with SMB and mid- sized businesses
