Work Location: This position starts as fully remote during the training and onboarding period. We plan to transition to a 100% in-office position in the short term, so candidates should be willing to work onsite when the transition takes place.

What You'll Do
- Track shipments by calling, texting, and emailing carriers throughout the United States.
- Create and update shipment records.
- Schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Monitor shipment progress and proactively identify delays or issues.
- Communicate shipment updates, delays, and exceptions to the operations team.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
- Degree or studies in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, International Trade, Transportation, or a related field.
- Internship, administrative, or customer service experience.
- Familiarity with logistics or transportation is a plus.
