- Oversee IMMEX program compliance, including import/export operations, inventory control, and fixed asset management.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of correct filling of Pedimentos consolidados and programs used (R8, Prosec, TMEC)
- Maintain up-to-date records of all materials and assets imported under IMMEX, including reconciliation with physical inventory and asset registers.
- Coordinate with customs brokers, and government agencies to ensure compliance.
- Monitor regulatory changes affecting IMMEX and communicate updates to relevant departments.
- Lead internal audits and prepare for external inspections by customs and regulatory authorities.
- Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with IMMEX and Mexican customs regulations.
- Oversee Fixed Asset and Inventory Analysts.
- Prepare and submit required reports to SAT and Secretaría de Economía.
- Support and communication to plant staff on IMMEX-related processes and compliance requirements.
