Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions for the Mexico office, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in compliance with Mexican labor laws and company policies.
- Manage payroll coordination, employee benefits, attendance, leave administration, and HR records.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, resolving workplace issues and fostering a positive work environment.
- Coordinate work permit, visa, and immigration matters for expatriate employees where applicable.
- Liaise with external vendors, government authorities, legal advisors, and service providers on HR and administrative matters.
- Manage office administration, facilities, procurement, travel arrangements, and general office operations.
- Support performance management, employee engagement, training, and talent development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations, employment contracts, tax, social security, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare HR reports, headcount analysis, and workforce planning to support business decisions.
- Collaborate closely with regional and headquarters teams to align local HR practices with global business objectives.
- Support the setup and expansion of the company's operations in Mexico.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of HR and administration experience
- Solid knowledge of Mexican labor laws, payroll processes, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Experience supporting multinational companies or international business environments is highly preferred.
- Experience handling payroll, employee benefits, immigration, and office administration.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Spanish is required;
- Experience in the technology, fintech, gaming or cryptocurrency is an advantage.
