About the Role
You'll play a key role in supporting reservations across third-party booking platforms including Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia, Marriott, and others. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes ownership of new challenges.
What You'll Do
- Create, manage, and monitor reservations across OTA platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, Marriott, etc.).
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries across multiple platforms.
- Oversee guest check-ins, follow-ups, and last-minute reservation needs.
- Track and reconcile payments, refunds, appeasements, and special requests for OTA guests.
- Provide inbound and outbound support to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Identify and escalate OTA platform issues or policy changes, offering feedback to internal teams.
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects to improve OTA operations and guest satisfaction.
What You'll Need
- English proficiency: Fluent (B2-C1)
- Ability to work from our Polanco office — a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
- Experience working with OTA platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia, Marriott, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to problem-solve, think critically, and adapt quickly to new challenges.
- High attention to detail and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in multitasking across different platforms and tools.
- Team-oriented with a willingness to support cross-department collaboration.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $16,500 MXN gross per month + performance incentive
- Grocery vouchers: $1,500 MXN net per month
- Vacation: 12 days per year (available after 90 days of employment)
- Paid time off (PTO): 40 hours per year (available after 30 days of employment)

- Travel benefit: $750 USD annually in Landing Stays
