The LATAM BDM is responsible for developing new sources of revenue for the Branded Business Unit in Latin America with high priority in Mexico and Colombia. This leader will identify uncovered opportunities at market, customers, and channel levels, create and cultivate a pipeline of potential partnerships, develop commercial strategies through diverse business models that flexibly result in present and future growth for the cooperative.
Through this position we will explore new distributors at current and new markets, new customers (accounts) for direct sell, new partnerships for co-branded products, licensing models, etc. The LATAM BDM will act as an entrepreneur that develops and nurture future growth, by creating solid business relationships through value creation, operational efficiency and financial sustainability.
A Day in the Life...

Assess business opportunities and potential fit with our portfolio (product, brand, etc.)

Develop and update pipeline of potential partnerships

Lead new business development initiatives for the branded BU (beverages and food)

Develop a solid and trusting relationship with major partners and customers

Actively participate in the planning process of our customers and partners to co-create the development of adequate business plans for the brand and ensure a successful execution at POS

Plan, track and evaluate commercial and promotional activities with the customers and distributors and supervise the correct execution

Define and control A&P investment accordingly

Develop pricing analysis necessary to negotiate pricing, margin and commercial terms with distributors/retailers and establish a timeline of performance.

Manage product listings together with customers & distributors

Analyze customer information and prepare score cards to support decision making

Follow up on product listing process with the customers & distributors

P&L management and analysis

Utilize organization tools and systems to provide monthly forecasting, sales planning and budgeting
What We Are Looking For:

Bachelors degree

At least 5 years of experience

SAP/4Hana experience
