Our ecommerce company is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead and improve our operational systems, manage complex projects, and ensure consistent, high-quality execution across the business.
Responsibilities:

Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure workflows are efficient, consistent, and aligned with the company objectives.

Lead Projects: Manage cross-functional projects and initiatives, overseeing timelines, tasks, and teams.

Issue Resolution: Quickly resolve high-priority issues, including internal escalations and external customer problems.

Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with customer support, logistics, and product teams to streamline processes.

Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and operational performance; use data to recommend improvements.

eCommerce Management: Support and manage the companys Shopify infrastructure and eCommerce performance.

Vendor Relations: Act as a key point of contact for vendor relations and third-party tool management.

Purchase Support: Assist buyers and sellers in finalizing purchases, including documentation and resolving issues.

Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement across all operational processes.
Requirements:

2+ years of relevant operations and project management experience, ideally in eCommerce.

Strong background in customer service operations and conflict resolution.

Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.

Proven success managing cross-functional teams and delivering on complex projects.
