The Account Executive is responsible for generating, managing, and closing new business opportunities within the vacation rental and property management industry. This role focuses on proactive outbound prospecting, consultative sales engagement, relationship development, and guiding prospective clients through the full sales cycle.
As part of Streamline’s international growth strategy, this position plays a key role in expanding our presence across Mexico and emerging markets throughout the region. We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven sales professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, and is comfortable navigating evolving markets.
The ideal candidate combines strong business development skills with a consultative approach, enabling them to engage with property management companies ranging from growing operators to large, multi-market organizations. Success in this role requires the ability to build trust quickly, identify operational challenges, communicate business value effectively, and develop long-term client relationships.
What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)
Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, and partner channels
Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, solution positioning, demos, proposal, and close
Conduct consultative sales conversations with property management leaders and stakeholders
Deliver product demonstrations aligned to prospect needs and operational challenges
Develop a strong understanding of Streamline’s platform, industry trends, and the operational challenges facing professional property managers
Build and manage a strong pipeline within assigned territory (Mexico / LATAM markets)
Re-engage prior prospects and inactive customers to reopen opportunities
Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, and account management to drive pipeline growth
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking within CRM systems
Represent Streamline at industry events, conferences, and market visits as needed
What We’re Looking For (Minimum qualifications)
4+ years of sales experience in SaaS, property management, proptech, or related industries
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a closing role
Experience managing full-cycle sales processes in a consultative environment
Strong communication and presentation skills, including virtual demos
Ability to navigate multiple stakeholders and influence decision-makers
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a growth/expansion market
Experience working in or selling into Mexico or Latin America
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Strong business acumen and data-driven mindset
