*What You'll Do:*
Design and deliver engaging training sessions for new hires and existing team members.
Develop effective onboarding and induction programs.
Monitor trainee progress and provide ongoing support and feedback.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, metrics, and feedback.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and drive performance improvements.
Facilitate impactful learning experiences in a dynamic environment.
*What We're Looking For:*
Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma.
24 years of experience in a Content Moderation environment.
*B2 English level or higher (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).*
Experience with documentation and process management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Proven ability to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
*Salary range: Up to $30,000 MXN monthly, depending on experience.*
